Nasulino Horta Semedo
Close Protection Officer
With more than 14 years of professional close protection experience, Nasulino has worked with high-net-worth individuals, corporate professionals, professional athletes, celebrities and other high-profile clients across the UK and internationally.
His reputation has been built on discretion, professionalism and meticulous preparation. Every assignment is carefully planned and tailored to the client’s individual needs, whether providing executive protection, residential security or international travel support.
Nasulino is professionally qualified in close protection in both the United Kingdom and France, having undertaken his training with Groupe 9 Academy, an internationally recognised close protection training provider whose close protection programme has been cited among the top ten in the world.
He holds a current UK SIA Close Protection Licence, alongside his French A3P qualification and CNAPS professional authorisation, giving him professional credentials across both the UK and French security sectors.
His specialist training also includes Action Counters Terrorism (ACT) Security training, a programme developed by UK government counter-terrorism experts specifically for frontline security professionals, covering threat awareness, suspicious activity and preparation for and response to terrorist incidents.
Nasulino also holds the Highfield Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF), providing advanced workplace first-aid training including incident assessment, CPR and AED use, and the management of serious injuries and medical emergencies. Alongside his professional qualifications, he also trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, further developing the discipline, situational awareness and controlled physical capability that complement his approach to close protection.
Fluent in English, French and Portuguese, Nasulino is able to operate confidently across international environments, communicating effectively and adapting seamlessly to different clients, cultures and circumstances.
Combining extensive operational experience with specialist training, Nasulino takes a calm, adaptable and discreet approach to protection, anticipating and managing risk without unnecessarily disrupting a client’s day-to-day life.
